Most definitely! For years, we've been creating custom plush mascots for sports teams, universities, colleges, and corporations in the United States and Canada. Absolutely. In fact, we insist on it! Every order includes a physical custom plush prototype to review and make revisions before placing a bulk order. We call this stage the 'Prototype Stage'. You will work with your very own CPI Project Manager and see your creative ideas come to life!

Prototype costs range between $250 and $350, depending on the complexity, size, and time needed to achieve final prototype completion.

This is a tough one, as cost depends on so many factors: size, design complexity, quantity, shipping, etc. It's best to request a free quote so you can get a more accurate scope of pricing.

For American and Canadian clients, we have a minimum of 500 pieces. Price breaks are given for every 1000 pieces ordered thereafter. Like anything ordered in bulk quantities, the more you order, the lower your price per piece will be.

For American and Canadian clients, it typically takes approximately 120 days to complete our 3 Step Creation Process. To break it down further, it takes approximately 35 to 60 days to create and approve your prototype, approximately 35 to 45 days to mass produce your prototype and approximately 35 to 45 days to ship a bulk order to your location anywhere in the United States or Canada. We do offer rush (air) shipping which can significantly reduce on the shipping turnaround time, but extra costs will apply.

That we do! We have partnered with Guangdong New Sailing Supply Chain Management Co. Ltd and ITN Logistics which provides us with reliable ocean and air shipping into the U.S.A and Canada. Train and ground shipping within Canada and the USA is then coordinated through DHL and UPS.

Great question, and YES! We adhere to the United States Consumer Product Safety Commissions as well as the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act stuffed toy regulations. In brief, all plastic attributes are secure, all sewing is tight and cannot be torn easily, and we do not add any hazardous amounts of lead or accessories to our custom plush toys or custom plush mascots. To ensure we meet these standards, our clients have the option of using a 3rd party lab (SGS or BACL) to test our toys before moving into mass production.
